PLEASE NOTE Some very heavy items, such as furnitrue have individual postage rates.

Returns and Refunds policy

Here at Homebird we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and our service. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product you may return it to us in its original packaging, unused, unwashed and fit for resale within 7 days and receive a full refund. Please email us at info@home-bird.co.uk  and we will send you a Returns Form, complete the returns form and enclose with your package.

Returns of made to measure items or special orders are only accepted at our discretion. Please phone or email us.

 

Please check your products on arrival, if the product you receive is any way faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days on 01237 424339 or email info@home-bird.co.uk. to receive a full refund. Items which prove defective at a later date can be notified to us on the above number.

Please note many of our products are hand made or made with natural materials which may result in a slight variation from the image.

 

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at info@home-bird.co.uk heading the email CANCELLED ORDER. If the item has already been dispatched please follow the returns procedure.

 

 

Sale Returns

Sale items may be returned and exchanged, but not refunded.

 

Privacy Policy

Your payment is processed by secure encrypted servers using Sagepay or Paypal. Payments are also accepted by cheque made payable to Homebird. All customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not keep credit card information and we will not pass your information onto a third party. We abide by the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

Delivery Terms

Orders received from Monday to Sunday will be dispatched within 5 working days.

We use Royal Mail First Class post or DHL 48 hour signed service for all larger items. Most items are in stock, but occasionally due to high demand, we may be temporarily out of stock. If this does occur, we will contact you by phone or email.

Most items will be back in stock within 30 days. Larger items of furniture may take 60 days, but we will aim to keep you fully informed, and happy!
